Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day whenever possible.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout the United States and to select international locations.
Shipping availability for international destinations will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your location.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We provide complimentary standard shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. (57 of 62 states)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, KIOVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost or has been marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
We do not offer pre-orders or backorders. All items listed as in stock are ready to ship.
