Final Sale Items:
Some products—such as gift cards, and certain intimate care items—are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Limitations:
KIOVE may restrict return privileges for customers who exceed a high dollar amount of returns within a calendar year.

Gift Card and PayPal Returns
Purchases made with a KIOVE gift card or PayPal will be refunded as KIOVE merchandise credit rather than cash.
